Who is Eligible to Vote In Butts County?

You Must Be: A citizen of the United States. You Must Be: A legal resident of Georgia You Must Be: A Resident in Butts County

Yes! You Can Vote If You Have A Criminal Record. Here Is the Law.

You CAN VOTE in Georgia if: You are not currently serving a sentence for a felony conviction. You are "off paper" (completed incarceration, parole and probation). You are serving a felony First Offender or Conditional Discharge sentence and the status has not been revoked. Your sentence is complete - your right to vote is automatically restored. You just need to re-register in order to vote.

When Can I Cast My Ballot?

You have three ways to cast a ballot: 1. Early Voting in person 2. Absentee Voting by mail or drop box 3. Election Day Voting at your polling place

Where Can I Go To Vote In Butts County?

Starting January 1, 2024 ALL County Residents will vote at Butts County Administration Building 625 W. Third St, Judicial Hallway Jackson, GA 30233 The change will be in effect for 2024 Election Year
